How to get started
J1 Bridge USA / SWT Procedures
MUST BE A FULL-TIME COLLEGE OR UNIVERSITY STUDENT
- Review our job listing for the current season
- Pay our agency registration, administration and program fee deposit to secure placement reservation
- Fill out and submit the online application form
- Our program coordinator will then contact you, review your job selection and inform you of the process
- After confirmation of payment, a job interview will be scheduled with their hiring manager
- Review our Checklist of Required Documents
- After confirmation of Job placement, balance of program fee payment is due to begin visa processing.
- DS-2019 visa forms will be issued
- Consular interview will be scheduled for J1 visa
- Upon approval of J1 visa, a pre-departure orientation will be scheduled for departure to the USA.
H2B Procedures
- Review the current season’s job listing
- Submit resume
- Pay our agency registration and resume/CV processing fee
- Our program coordinator will then contact you, review your job selection and inform you of the process
- After confirmation of job selection an interview will be scheduled with the hiring manager
- Once job placement is confirmed, submit current passport to begin the visa processing
- DS160 application process will begin
- Consular interview will be scheduled for the H-2B visa
- Upon approval of H-2B visa departure to the USA.
J1 Teach USA Procedures
- Review placement opportunities
- Submit current resume, transcript and copy of degree (s) to Teach Coordinator to determine if minimum application requirements are met
- Pay agency registration and administration fee
- Upon receipt of payments, documents are submitted to sponsor’s online portal for further analysis and assessment
- Sponsor pre-screening interview is scheduled.
- Upon successful completion of pre-screen, employer interview is approved and placed on school board interview schedule
- Teacher’s documents undergoes detailed course-by-course Foreign Credit Evaluation to determine teachers eligibility to teach in the state of employment
- Upon successful completion of foreign audit of transcript; employer interview is completed and job offer is issued
- Payment of program fee is required
- Embassy processing commences
J1 Intern/Trainee Procedures
- Review placement opportunities
- Submit current resume, and documents to support educational or professional eligibility to Intern/Trainee Coordinator to determine if minimum application requirements are met
- Pay agency registration and administration fee
- Upon receipt of payments, documents are submitted to sponsor’s online portal for further analysis and assessment
- Sponsor pre-screening interview is scheduled
- Upon successful completion of pre-screen, employer interview is approved and placed interview schedule
- Upon successful completion of interview job offer is issued
- Payment of program fee is required
- Embassy processing commences
Teach China Procedures
- Review placement opportunities
- Submit resume and video profile to Chinese agent to determine if minimum eligibility requirements are met
- Pay agency registration and administration fee
- Conduct interview with Chinese agent
- TEFL/TESOL certification required
- Submission of documents and visa processing
