How to get started

J1 Bridge USA / SWT Procedures

MUST BE A FULL-TIME COLLEGE OR UNIVERSITY STUDENT

  1. Review our job listing for the current season
  2. Pay our agency registration, administration and program fee deposit to secure placement reservation
  3. Fill out and submit the online application form
  4. Our program coordinator will then contact you, review your job selection and inform you of the process
  5. After confirmation of payment, a job interview will be scheduled with their hiring manager
  6. Review our Checklist of Required Documents
  7. After confirmation of Job placement, balance of program fee payment is due to begin visa processing.
  8. DS-2019 visa forms will be issued
  9. Consular interview will be scheduled for J1 visa
  10. Upon approval of J1 visa, a pre-departure orientation will be scheduled for departure to the USA.

H2B Procedures

  1. Review the current season’s job listing
  2. Submit resume
  3. Pay our agency registration and resume/CV processing fee
  4. Our program coordinator will then contact you, review your job selection and inform you of the process
  5. After confirmation of job selection an interview will be scheduled with the hiring manager
  6. Once job placement is confirmed, submit current passport to begin the visa processing
  7. DS160 application process will begin
  8. Consular interview will be scheduled for the H-2B visa
  9. Upon approval of H-2B visa departure to the USA.

J1 Teach USA Procedures

  1. Review placement opportunities
  2. Submit current resume, transcript and copy of degree (s) to Teach Coordinator to determine if minimum application requirements are met
  3. Pay agency registration and administration fee
  4. Upon receipt of payments, documents are submitted to sponsor’s online portal for further analysis and assessment
  5. Sponsor pre-screening interview is scheduled. 
  6. Upon successful completion of pre-screen, employer interview is approved and placed on school board interview schedule
  7. Teacher’s documents undergoes detailed course-by-course Foreign Credit Evaluation to determine teachers eligibility to teach in the state of employment
  8. Upon successful completion of foreign audit of transcript; employer interview is completed and job offer is issued
  9. Payment of program fee is required
  10. Embassy processing commences

J1 Intern/Trainee Procedures

  1. Review placement opportunities
  2. Submit current resume, and documents to support educational or professional eligibility to Intern/Trainee Coordinator to determine if minimum application requirements are met
  3. Pay agency registration and administration fee
  4. Upon receipt of payments, documents are submitted to sponsor’s online portal for further analysis and assessment
  5. Sponsor pre-screening interview is scheduled
  6. Upon successful completion of pre-screen, employer interview is approved and placed interview schedule
  7. Upon successful completion of interview job offer is issued
  8. Payment of program fee is required
  9. Embassy processing commences
  10.  

Teach China Procedures

 

    1. Review placement opportunities
    2. Submit resume and video profile to Chinese agent to determine if minimum eligibility requirements are met
    3. Pay agency registration and administration fee
    4. Conduct interview with Chinese agent
    5. TEFL/TESOL certification required
    6. Submission of documents and visa processing
